Mr. Jayatheertha Chary brings over 35 years of extensive experience across India’s dairy, food and retail sectors. Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in building and strengthening modern food supply chains and farmer-linked value systems. In his current role as Deputy Managing Director, he consistently drives broader business objectives while overseeing supply chain initiatives across brands. Prior to this, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Shreeja Mahila Milk Producer Company Ltd., the world’s largest women-owned milk producer organisation under NDDB Dairy Services.

Earlier, Mr. Chary spent over a decade with Reliance Retail Ltd., heading the fresh food supply chain and building robust processing, warehousing and logistics infrastructure. He was also closely associated with the National Dairy Development Board’s Operation Golden Flow, contributing significantly to the transformation of Dhara from a commodity-led edible oil portfolio into a trusted consumer brand. With extensive exposure to dairy, FMCG, retail and agri-based supply chains, Mr. Chary brings a rare combination of strategic vision and deep sectoral understanding.

Outside of his professional commitments, he has a keen interest in sports and enjoys travelling and exploring new places.
